This panel displays what you have eaten for a particular day. The calendar is used to select the day that you want to view or enter foods on. The quick search brings up a popup for quickly finding foods to add to this day. You can also drag foods from any of the food trees. The graph on the right shows a breakdown of where you got your calories for the shown day.
The Nutrient Chart button brings up the bar graph shown below. You can enter a single day or a day range for display.
